LOCATION:

I’ma Pure French Canadian girl.
Haven’t lived abroad yet, but it’s in my plans. Any good spots to recommend?

EDUCATION:

I tried all the different types of “normal” education; High school, College, University, even studies with horses for a year and a half!
Ended up doing a small 6-months course to learn how to be a good secretary. Then I settled for being one of the best of all times, always moving from the Public Sector to Private Companies, then vice versa. Did that for 8 years.

I Did NOT like that life and who I became. Felt like such a waste of my potential, always working and assisting someone else with basic admin stuff. While deep down, I wanted to BE that person who had a secretary. Someone who was an expert in some field, who helped people on a daily basis with their knowledge or skills.

So I got out of the government-issued types of education, and dived right in to online learning, where the big fishes are.

WHERE & HOW DID YOU LEARN WEB DESIGN?

Through an online course, Creators Training, from Julian Alexander. Then through practice.
I also use YouTube, Google, ChatGPT and blogs to learn specific techniques or shortcuts about either web design, graphic design or coding. Or anything else I need to know, really.

HOBBIES (OUTSIDE OF DESIGN):

Volleyball in Winter, Beach volleyball in Summer.
Hiking or long walks in nature, usually alone or with my dog.
Practicing the piano, singing some tunes to my plants, cooking dinners with my family.
